Hi Cliff, Thanks for posting on the Google Chrome Help Forum! Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if they help fixing the issue with WebGL on Chrome:. Can you try?. Try checking in mode. If that works, please try disabling temporarily and enable one by one to determine the problem extension (chrome://extensions). Uncheck Use hardware acceleration (Menu Settings Show Advanced Settings System menu) to see if that works.
If the issue persists, download and run. It is the cutting edge developer version of Chrome that can be installed alongside Stable Chrome. It's possible the problem won't exist on a future version. Keep me posted. Best, Tina Maurice van Creij 6/10/2016, 14:13 น.
No matter how fast Google Chrome performs on your Mac, enabling hardware acceleration can help load media faster while improving your graphics quality. Hardware acceleration uses your graphics card, or GPU, to load and view media, rather than relying on your computer's slower CPU. WebGL is supported by Mac OS X 10.6 and in Safari 5.x and above. Enable WebGL. Chrome for iOS does not support WebGL due to platform restrictions.
